Lost in the night

Daemon accidently walks into Downtown Tokyo on a starry night. He suddenly gives up and knows that he's lost, so he just lays against a wall until he met a familiar face or someone who might be able to help him.

Dai walked around Downtown Tokyo humming quietly to keep himself calm. In all the hurry he'd been in the other night to get out of this place with Twilight, he'd left his necklace next to the wall. "The damn thing is always coming off," He muttered. He hoped no one had stolen it, but just in case he had his sword hidden under his robes.

Daemon sees the necklace, picks it up, and examines it.

Dai noticed a boy looking at something and rushed over. It was his necklace. "Hey," he said roughly, "That's mine."

"Oh... then here you go." Daemon says as he hands Dai the necklace, but then his left contact slipped out, revealing his red-eye. Quickly, he grabbed his contact and puts it back in his eye.

Dai took the necklace and blinked. He'd half expected the boy to want to keep it. "Thanks," he said uncertainly.

When the boy's contact fell out, Dai was surprised. Having met few people in his travels, he had never really seen anyone with contacts before.

"Did you just stick that thing in your eye?" He asked in a confused tone.

"Why?" Dai asked, scratching his head. "Doesn't it hurt?"

"No. Um, are you from around here?" Daemon asks, changing the subject.

"From around here?" Dai repeated the question quietly.

"Not at all. I'm actually from New Zealand, a small island near Australia. What about you? You from around Tokyo?"

"No, I came here from New York, City in the United States. I had a quick stop at New Zealand, great place." Daemon replies, glad that the contact conversation is over with

"Ah, the United States, eh? What's it like there? And New Zealand was great, it just has too many bad memories for me to ever go back. I was only a kid when I left there, anyways."

He smiled faintly, still curious about the contact but deciding not to bring it up again due to the fact that Daemon didn't seem to like talking about it.

"The United States is like, crowded. It is full of people that have normal lives and is full of crime as well. Nearly got all my money stolen by a drunked hippy" Daemon explains with a little chuckle

Dai smirked. "Sounds about like something that would happen here," He chuckled.

Daemon then says, "True, i think, but there's a black president now in the United States. The first one in history, I think. Also, his name is Barrack Obama."

"Ah, really?" Dai asked, not sure what the guy meant by 'Black'. He had never really learned that type of thing, his father hadn't taught him anything.

But he assumed it must be interesting, if this person was telling him about it.

"Oh," Dai said, understanding now.

He suddenly realized he hadn't even introduced himself yet.

"My name is Dai, by the way," he said with a friendly smile, "Dai Hiroshi."

"Nice name," he said polietly.

"What do you do for fun?" He asked, suddenly feeling bored.

"I speed around town in fast cars." Daemon says as he presses a button on his PDA behind his back so Dai wouldn't see. After a minute passes, an empty, blue Lamburghini speeds down the street and stops right in fron of Dai and Daemon.

Dai's eyes widened, he'd never seen anything like this before.

"This is...a car?" he asked, only knowing the word because Daemon had said it.
